Wet Sand Blaster

This project involved designing and producing a custom 90-degree elbow for a pressure washer–driven sandblasting system. The part mounts directly beneath a sand hopper and uses the vacuum created by the pressure washer to draw media smoothly through the system. It was printed in ASA-CF to handle abrasion, strength, and outdoor durability. One of the key features is an integrated purge pathway that allows compressed air to be sent back through the line after use, clearing any remaining sand. The goal was to create a durable, functional component that improves reliability while keeping the system simple and easy to use.
